Valle del Cauca Department: in 2 Municipalities (Cali, Jamundí) Afro-descendant and vulnerable communities (extreme poverty).

Risaralda Department: Afro-descendant communities in 1 municipality (Pereira).

​

Tolima Department: in 1 municipality (Ibagué) Afro-descendant communities and the entire population in general.

INFLUENCE OF SPORTS IN THE WORLD

 

Our organization, based on research and experiences of more than 12 years, determines that there are three ways in which sport influences humanity, these are the following:

​

SPORT FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS = HEALTH RECOVERY

​

TRAINING SPORTS = SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

​

PROFESSIONAL SPORTS = ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

​

All these ways in which sport interferes with humanity, fulfilling a unique influence on each individual thanks to the educational tools that sports practice has, not only sports but also social results are achieved, reaching the  social transformation.

​

Thanks to the information that is emitted through sports practice in an indirect but constant way in the different sports disciplines, this world of sports turns into a fundamental tool for society in favor of integral development within society.

​

Therefore, focused on the urgent need that the entire world has in the search to recover and protect our planet in all social, cultural, political, environmental and economic dimensions, acting directly in the daily activities of human beings such as education, health, gender equity, social cohesion and conflict resolution among other areas,  to which sport plays a fundamental role in achieving this change in a positive way.

At AFROESTUDIANTES we believe that sport applied in an effective way becomes an important tool in the fight against extreme poverty, sport is part of the plan to promote the AFROESTUDIANTES ROTARY ECONOMY to achieve positive impacts in the communities.

How can you contribute to eradicate poverty by supporting sport?

 

SPONSOR A SPORTSMAN

You can sponsor a boy, girl, adolescent or young person so that they are trained not only sportingly but also socially in our academies, it does not matter the value of your donation because your contribution will be the possibility that a child, adolescent or young person becomes a future elite athlete and eradicate poverty in their families and communities (AFROESTUDIANT Rotating Economy).

INTER-SPORTS REPRESENTATIVE

You can become a sports entrepreneur, supporting a boy, girl, adolescent or young person being a promoter of talent being part of the sports and social training of the elite projection athlete and be a participant in the future economic movements that may be carried out with the athlete, thus promoting economic development for you, for your family, for the athlete's family, their community, and other athletes. Promoting in this way the (AFROESTUDIANT Rotating Economy).

SPONSOR THE SPORTS CLUB

You can be a godfather of the whole sports club, becoming a promoter  for the social and sports training of the less favored, no matter the value of your donation because your contribution will be an opportunity for a boy, girl, adolescent or young person to become a future elite athlete and eradicate poverty in their families and their communities (AFROESTUDIANTES Rotating Economy).
