Valle del Cauca Department: in 1 Municipalities (Cali) Afro-descendant and vulnerable communities (extreme poverty).

Risaralda Department: Afro-descendant communities in 1 municipality (Pereira).
​
Tolima Department: Afro-descendant communities in 1 municipality (Ibagué).
Dates: 2004 - present.
Objectives:
​
Guarantee an inclusive, equitable and quality education for the human being. ​
Improve access, diversity and stability of the economic income of families with different degrees of vulnerability.
Promote the improvement of the capacities of communities and organizations of Colombian civil society.

Beneficiaries:
Vulnerable population (extreme poverty), peasant and indigenous population, Afro-descendants, along with other groups involved: teachers, technicians, businessmen, universities and aid workers.
​
Title: Contributing to the integral formation of the individual through higher education through the application of an integral model.
​
Funded by: private sector, public sector ICETEX and AFROESTUDIANTES.
